At TOTOES, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Policy
- customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of product delivery.
- The product must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- With original packaging, tags, and invoice intact
- Return requests raised after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Refund Policy (Store Credit / Wallet Balance)
- Once a return is approved, the refund amount will not be credited to the customer’s bank account.
- The refunded amount will be added as TOTOES Store Credit (Wallet Balance) on our Shopify website.
- This store credit:
- Can be used for future purchases on TOTOES
- Is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
- Cannot be transferred or withdrawn as cash
- After 6 months, any unused store credit will automatically expire.
Damaged Product Policy
- If a customer receives a damaged product, the following process applies:
- The customer must share clear images or videos of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery
- Our team will verify the product within 48 hours after receiving the images/videos
- If the damage is approved:
- The refund amount will be credited using the same payment method chosen by the customer at checkout
- We will process the refund via the same payment mode (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.)
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product is used or worn
- The product is damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Original tags, packaging, or invoice are missing
- The return request is made after 7 days
Refund Processing Time
- Store Credit refunds: 5–7 working days after return approval
- Bank refunds for damaged products: 7–10 working days, depending on the customer’s bank/payment provider
